Repsei privacy policy

Repsei is run by [controller's name and address], the controller of your data. Write to privacy@repsei.app about anything here.

What Repsei keeps, and why

• Your account. "Let's start" makes an account with a random id and no name. If you sign in with email, we keep your email address to send you sign-in codes.
• Your answers to the quick form, all optional: your goal, focus, age, body weight, gender, training days and session length, experience, where you train and areas to be careful with. They are used only to build your program and its starting weights. Areas to be careful with are a preference, not a diagnosis.
• Your training: your program, your sessions and every set you log (weight, reps, how hard it felt), and what the app suggested for it. Notes you write on an exercise stay on your phone and are not sent to us.
• Technical data: when the app talks to our server, your network (IP) address and device details reach us and our providers. Our server counts requests per IP address and per email for about a day to stop abuse, keeping only a hash of them; our providers keep IP addresses in their security and access logs.

We process this to provide the service you asked for (training plans and logs) and, for abuse limits and security, because of our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.

Everything is stored on your phone first, so the app works offline, and copied to our server when you are online. If you signed in with email, a new phone or a reinstall gets it back after you sign in again. Without signing in, your data is tied to this installation: uninstalling the app loses the way back to it, and what was copied stays on our server under the random id, with nothing that names you.

What the Repsei app does not do

• No advertising, no ad identifiers, no selling or sharing your data with anyone. (The website is different; see the next section.)
• No analytics or tracking SDKs in the app, and no location.
• Rest notifications are made on your phone; nothing is sent to us for them.

The website, repsei.com

• The waitlist. If you give your email address on the landing page, we keep it to write to you once, when the app is out. With it we keep the time, the page language, which page version you saw (variant), the utm_ parameters of the link you came from and the site that sent you (referrer), so we can learn which message brings sign-ups. We do this because you asked to be told (consent). To have your address removed, write to privacy@repsei.app. We delete the list after the launch email, and sooner on request. The page remembers where you came from in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.
• Page views. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without following you across sites. It gives us page counts, countries and referrers, not a profile of you.
• Advertising pixels. When we run ads, the website may load the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel to measure which ads bring sign-ups. They receive your visit and the fact that you signed up (not your email address), and may set cookies. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, or we cannot tell where you are, they load only after you press Accept in the banner; you can change that with the settings link at the bottom of the page. Elsewhere they load when the page opens, and you can block them in your browser. Meta and TikTok handle that data under their own policies.
• Our server counts sign-up requests per IP address for about an hour to stop abuse, keeping only a hash of the address.

Who processes it for us, and where

• Supabase: the database and the sign-in service.
• Vercel: hosting of our API, website and exercise images, and page-view counts.
• Meta and TikTok: advertising pixels on the website, only as described above.
• An email provider that sends the sign-in codes.

They process the data only to run Repsei, under data processing terms. Their servers may be outside your country, including outside Türkiye and the EU; such transfers rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses. How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete it, it is removed from our live database at once; copies in our providers' backups and logs expire within their retention periods. [Retention for accounts that are never used again to be set before the release.]

Your rights and choices

• Every quick-form answer can be skipped or changed later.
• Delete your account in the app (Your account → Delete account). It deletes everything stored under your account on our server, and on this phone your account's data together with what was logged on it before you signed in. If you used the app without signing in earlier, what was copied to our server then stays under that earlier random id; write to us to have it found and deleted.
• You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable form, at privacy@repsei.app.
• You can complain to a data protection authority: in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), in the EU the authority of your country.

Repsei is not meant for children under 14.

Repsei neleri, neden saklar

• Hesabın. "Başlayalım" isimsiz, rastgele kimlikli bir hesap açar. E-postayla giriş yaparsan, giriş kodlarını gönderebilmek için e-posta adresini saklarız.
• Hızlı formdaki cevapların (hepsi isteğe bağlı): hedefin, odağın, yaşın, kilon, cinsiyetin, antrenman günlerin ve seans süren, deneyimin, nerede antrenman yaptığın ve dikkat edilecek bölgeler. Yalnızca programını ve başlangıç ağırlıklarını kurmak için kullanılır. Dikkat edilecek bölgeler bir tercihtir, teşhis değildir.
• Antrenmanların: programın, seansların ve kaydettiğin her set (ağırlık, tekrar, nasıl hissettirdiği) ile uygulamanın o set için önerisi. Bir harekete yazdığın notlar telefonunda kalır, bize gönderilmez.
• Teknik veriler: uygulama sunucumuzla konuştuğunda ağ (IP) adresin ve cihaz bilgilerin bize ve hizmet sağlayıcılarımıza ulaşır. Sunucumuz kötüye kullanımı önlemek için istekleri IP adresine ve e-postaya göre yaklaşık bir gün sayar ve bunların yalnızca özetini (hash) tutar; hizmet sağlayıcılarımız IP adreslerini güvenlik ve erişim kayıtlarında tutar.

Bu verileri istediğin hizmeti (antrenman planı ve kayıtları) sunmak için, kötüye kullanım sınırları ve güvenlik için ise hizmeti güvende tutma konusundaki meşru menfaatimize dayanarak işleriz.

Her şey önce telefonunda saklanır; uygulama internetsiz de çalışır. İnternete bağlıyken sunucumuza da kopyalanır. E-postayla giriş yaptıysan, yeni bir telefonda ya da yeniden kurulumda tekrar giriş yapınca geri gelir. Giriş yapmadıysan verin bu kuruluma bağlıdır: uygulamayı kaldırınca ona dönüş yolu kaybolur; kopyalanan kısım sunucumuzda, seni tanımlayan hiçbir şey olmadan, rastgele kimlik altında kalır.

Repsei uygulaması neleri yapmaz

• Uygulamada reklam yok, reklam kimliği yok; verini kimseye satmayız ya da paylaşmayız. (Web sitesi farklıdır; sonraki bölüme bak.)
• Uygulamada analiz ya da takip kütüphanesi yok, konum yok.
• Dinlenme bildirimleri telefonunda oluşturulur; bunun için bize bir şey gönderilmez.

Web sitesi, repsei.com

• Bekleme listesi. Açılış sayfasında e-posta adresini verirsen, uygulama çıktığında sana bir kez yazmak için saklarız. Yanında zamanı, sayfa dilini, gördüğün sayfa sürümünü (variant), geldiğin bağlantının utm_ parametrelerini ve seni gönderen siteyi (referrer) tutarız; böylece hangi mesajın kayıt getirdiğini öğreniriz. Bunu haber verilmesini istediğin için (açık rıza) yaparız. Adresinin silinmesi için privacy@repsei.app adresine yaz. Listeyi çıkış e-postasından sonra sileriz, istenirse daha önce. Sayfa, nereden geldiğini sekme kapanana kadar tarayıcının oturum depolamasında tutar.
• Sayfa görüntülemeleri. Vercel Web Analytics ziyaretleri çerezsiz sayar ve seni sitelerarası izlemez. Bize sayfa sayıları, ülkeler ve yönlendirenler verir; sana ait bir profil vermez.
• Reklam pikselleri. Reklam verdiğimizde web sitesi, hangi reklamın kayıt getirdiğini ölçmek için Meta ve TikTok piksellerini yükleyebilir. Ziyaretini ve kayıt olduğunu (e-posta adresini değil) alırlar ve çerez bırakabilirler. AB, AEA, Birleşik Krallık ya da İsviçre'deysen ya da yerini bilemiyorsak, yalnızca bannerda Kabul et dersen yüklenirler; sayfanın altındaki ayar bağlantısıyla bunu değiştirebilirsin. Başka yerlerde sayfa açılırken yüklenirler ve tarayıcında engelleyebilirsin. Meta ve TikTok bu veriyi kendi politikalarına göre işler.
• Sunucumuz kötüye kullanımı önlemek için kayıt isteklerini IP adresine göre yaklaşık bir saat sayar ve adresin yalnızca özetini (hash) tutar.

Veriyi bizim için kimler, nerede işler

• Supabase: veritabanı ve giriş servisi.
• Vercel: API'mizin, web sitemizin ve hareket görsellerinin barındırılması, sayfa görüntüleme sayımı.
• Meta ve TikTok: web sitesindeki reklam pikselleri, yalnızca yukarıdaki gibi.
• Giriş kodlarını gönderen bir e-posta sağlayıcısı.

Bu hizmetler veriyi yalnızca Repsei'yi çalıştırmak için, veri işleme sözleşmeleriyle işler. Sunucuları Türkiye ve AB dışında da olabilir; bu aktarımlar standart sözleşme maddeleri gibi yasanın aradığı güvencelere dayanır. [Bölgeler ve güvenceler yayından önce netleştirilecek.]

Ne kadar saklarız

Hesabın var olduğu sürece. Hesabını silince canlı veritabanımızdan hemen silinir; hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın yedeklerindeki ve kayıtlarındaki kopyalar kendi saklama süreleri içinde silinir. [Hiç kullanılmayan hesaplar için saklama süresi yayından önce belirlenecek.]

Hakların ve seçimlerin

• Hızlı formdaki her cevabı geçebilir ya da sonradan değiştirebilirsin.
• Hesabını sil: uygulamada Hesabın → Hesabı sil. Sunucumuzda hesabın altında tutulan her şeyi, bu telefonda da hesabının verilerini ve giriş yapmadan önce kaydettiklerini siler. Daha önce giriş yapmadan kullandıysan, o zaman sunucumuza kopyalananlar o eski rastgele kimlik altında kalır; bulunup silinmesi için bize yaz.
• Verilerinin bir kopyasını isteme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, işlenmesini kısıtlatma ya da itiraz etme ve taşınabilir biçimde alma hakların için privacy@repsei.app adresine yaz.
• Bir veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin: Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (KVKK), AB'de kendi ülkenin otoritesi.

Repsei 14 yaşından küçük çocuklar için değildir.
